How to Download a Pro Forma Invoice in ConfTool
If you need to submit an invoice to your local accounts office for payment, you can generate and download a Pro Forma Invoice directly from the ConfTool system.
Follow these steps:
1. Log in to ConfTool
Go to the ConfTool login page above and enter your username and password and log in
2. Access Your Participant Registration
From the main dashboard, click on “Register as Participant” or “Your Participant Registration Details”.
If you’ve already registered, it will show your current registration and payment information.
3. Generate the Pro Forma Invoice
On the registration details page, scroll down to the “Registration Confirmation and Pro Forma Invoice” section.

Click on the link labelled “Pro Forma Invoice (PDF)” or “Invoice for Payment (PDF)”.
This document contains all details required for payment processing, including:
Amount due
Bank transfer information
Your registration reference
Conference details
4. Download and Save
The PDF will open in a new tab or download automatically.
Save the file to your device.
Send it to your local accounts/payments office for processing.
5. Payment Confirmation
Once payment is made, return to ConfTool later to check the status.
